You guys. It has been a minute since I blogged. And by a minute I mean over a year!!! I figured what better way to get back into it than with Connor and Jazmin’s beautiful spring wedding back in March.
Connor and Jazmin met working as lifeguards at the local community pool and dated for some time before Connor proposed to Jazmin on Christmas day of 2017. Part of Jazmin’s Christmas gift was a calendar for the new year. She opened it up to find something very special written on that same Christmas Day. It said “Jazmin and Connor get engaged” and she looked up to find Connor down on one knee. Of course, she said yes!
A little over a year later, they said I do. Here in Northern California, we have had quite the rainy beginning of 2019. The week leading up to their wedding I was frantically checking the weather what felt like every 5 minutes praying that we would have clear blue skies – like that was going to help change the course of Mother Nature. By the grace of God, we had the most perfect weather you could ask for.
Grand Island Mansion makes it impossible to take a bad photo, but so do Connor and Jazmin. These guys are pros. We had about 20 minutes to take all of our portraits before we lost our light. Yes, you read that right. Family. Wedding Party. Bride and Groom. All in 20 minutes. They freaking CRUSHED it and we got so many great shots!
